I build specialised software and take the time to understand the domain behind it. The aim is software that fits both the requirements and the way it will be used.

Retrieval, information extraction and LLM-based processing of specialised documents.

Data-driven applications, APIs and interactive visualisation with TypeScript.

03 — RESEARCH

Research

At Charité, I work on data-driven and quantitative methods for nephrogenetic research. This includes clinical data analysis, database and processing pipelines, and quantitative tools for scientific questions.

In 2023, I completed my PhD at Bielefeld University under the supervision of Professor Henning Krause, with a thesis on the representation theory of persistence modules. My mathematical research connects representation theory, topological data analysis and statistics. It focuses on persistence modules, Hodge Laplacians and mathematical methods for complex data structures.
